| Chose Paramount For Recreational Participants
And The Intense Athletic User. |
Western Washington University in Bellingham,
Washington opened the new 98,000 sq. ft. Wade King Student
Recreation Center late in 2003. Since then, the recreation
center has enrolled 12,595 members and has over 2,000 visitors
per day. The center has a gym, pool, indoor track, rock climbing
wall, and hot tub. The programs include intramural sports,
fitness classes, sport clubs, and aquatics.
Paramount strength training equipment was selected for the
fitness facility.
Marie Sather, Director of Campus Recreation Services at Wade
King Student Recreation Center, states, “Our student,
faculty and alumni members have been very pleased with the
quality, and ease of adjustments, with each piece of Paramount.
The equipment is user friendly for the recreational participant
as well as the intense athletic user. Members are also very
pleased with the flexibility in body size adjustments of
each piece, from the 5'2'' to the 6'4" user. Its’ small
footprint on the floor gives room for additional options
of equipment.”
Selections were made from Paramount’s Advanced Performance
System including Advanced Rotary, Functional Trainers; Modular
Systems, and the Plate Loaded Series. |
