circuit was installed to fullfill the strength training program requirements
for the Verizon Wireless Health and Wellness Center in Wilmington,
NC. This center offers a full range of fitness/wellness programs:
Sub-max Fitness Testing, One on One Training, Incentive Programs,
Lunch and Learn Wellness Programs, Health Fairs/Blood/Flu Drives/Health
screenings, and Chair Massage. Michael O'Connor Health and Wellness Coordinator, states, "State of the art equipment is used here and at our other in-house Health and Wellness Centers. Our employees enjoy the range of motion and receive a quality workout." |
