the Paramount Select Fitness for Women circuit. Their facility also includes a complete range of Advanced Performance and Plate Loaded models.

Classes at Body Tek include: spinning, aerobics, latin dancing, basic core training, stepping, sliding, body sculpting, kickboxing, pilates, yoga, belly dancing, and martial arts.
